ORDERING AND FULFILLMENT
Can I pick up my order in person?
Unfortunately, no. We do not have a physical storefront.
I forgot to apply my discount code, can I be reimbursed for the difference?
Sorry, we cannot honour this.
All orders come wrapped in custom Pink Bits tissue paper. If you'd like a message for your gift recipient, please include the text you'd like included in the notes of your purchase. Messages will be hand-written upon a Pink Bits thank you note.
Refunds and order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled at anytime before dispatch.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! For items purchased via Pink-Bits.com we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please get in touch via email to Hello@pink-bits.com. Please have your order number and customer information used to complete the original order ready.
- Discounted or sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging (if applicable)
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Changes to order information
Once we have processed your order and it has been dispatched it is not possible for you or us to change any address details.
Average shipping times are:
Australia — 3-7 business days
Rest of world — 10-25 business days
All orders are sent within 7 days of order placement.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and specific destination at checkout.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on the way.
Although we do our part and send all orders on time, we can from time to time be let down by the postal service. If a parcel is a little on the drag, please keep this in mind.
Tracking your order
A variety of shipping options are provided for you to choose from at checkout. Choose a tracked option for this feature, your tracking number will be delivered to you via email.
Please choose your shipping option thoughtfully, as we cannot be held accountable if your order is lost or damaged in transit due to the postal service or unforeseeable events.
Due to the current global pandemic, changed border policy and high demand for postal services, postage transit times are delayed.
Due to the high demand for postal services, all international orders. must be placed with a tracked shipping option. See grid below for current average shipping times.
Please shop mindfully and knowingly of this before placing your order, as orders cannot be refunded or cancelled due to slow postage. Rest assured, your order will still be dispatched on time and packaged beautifully.
