Absolutely! Happy to create anything from personal commissions, to commercial ones.

Can I pick up my order in person? 
Unfortunately, no. We do not have a physical storefront.

I forgot to apply my discount code, can I be reimbursed for the difference? 
Please get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.

Gift Wrapping 
Sorry, at the moment gift wrapping is not available.

Refunds and order cancellation 
Orders can be cancelled at anytime before dispatch. We cannot take responsibility for damages incurred in transit.

Missing Items 
If there is an item on the delivery note that is not in your parcel then contact us immediately. Please include your Order Number and the Name of the missing item.

Changes to order information 
Once we have processed your order and it has been dispatched it is not possible for you or us to change any address details.



Average shipping times are: 
Australia ‚ÄĒ 3 to 7 business days
Rest of world ‚ÄĒ 10+¬† business days (up to 1-2 months for non-tracked)
All orders are sent within 7 days of order placement.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and specific destination at checkout.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on the way.
Although we do our part and send all orders on time, we can from time to time be let down by the postal service. If a parcel is a little on the drag, please keep this in mind.

Tracking your order
A variety of shipping options are provided for you to choose from at checkout. Choose a tracked or limited tracked option for this feature, your tracking number will be delivered to you via email.
Please choose your shipping option thoughtfully, as we cannot be held accountable if your order is lost or damaged in transit due to the postal service or unforeseeable events.

Covid 19
Due to the current global pandemic, changed border policy and high demand for postal services, postage transit times are highly delayed. 

All international orders have become particuarly delayed, with standard (non-tracked) post, taking 30+ business days to arrive. Please shop mindfully and knowingly of this before placing your order, as orders cannot be refunded or cancelled due to slow postage. Please consider purchasing tracked postage options during this time. Rest assured, your order will still be dispatched on time and packaged beautifully.
